Lyuba Misheva is the founder of D&L Management and the driving creative force behind the company. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, she possesses the rare ability to combine strict operational discipline with modern digital marketing approaches.
Her professional path began at the international chain Kempinski Hotels, where her understanding of uncompromising quality was formed. She subsequently held key leadership positions as Executive Housekeeper in large-scale properties such as Princess Hotel (Dedeman) Sofia (managing operations for 600+ rooms) and was part of the Pre-opening team of Sofia’s first design hotel – Sense Hotel Sofia (5 stars).
Today, Lyuba helps hotels not only achieve impeccable cleanliness and order through the implementation of SOPs but also tell their story online. As a Master of Digital Marketing, she builds the brand identity of D&L's clients, turning followers into real guests.

Kiril Panayotov is the strategist in the D&L Management team with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His expertise covers the entire lifecycle of a hotel – from planning and pre-opening to operational management and revenue optimization.
His professional career includes key management positions in some of Bulgaria's most prestigious hotels, including Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia (Operational Management), Kempinski Hotels, FPI hotels and Victoria Group.
Kiril specializes in building working business models that combine financial efficiency with high-quality service. He is a certified expert in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), helping hotels transform into sustainable and socially responsible businesses.

- Pre-opening Management: Complete management of the opening process – from recruitment and SOP creation to vendor selection and commissioning (properties like Dom na alpinista, Complex Rai, etc.).

As General Manager of Hotel Utopia Forest and Operations Manager at Green Life Resorts (Bansko and Sozopol), he has proven his ability to create unforgettable guest experiences while optimizing financial results.
His entrepreneurial spirit is clearly visible as the co-founder of the Veritas craft brewery, where he built a brand from scratch. Elena Hadzhidieva has acquired her experience in the hospitality industry in 5-star hotels in Egypt, Mexico and Bulgaria.
She holds a master’s degree in law, as well as qualifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). She has worked on vari-ous managerial positions in the Front Office & Reservations as well as Guest Relations Departments and has a vast experience in sales and management of holiday properties.

Professional Background: Kitchen
Petar Tsvetanski has been in the industry for 23 years. He has acquired his experience mainly from city hotels and restaurants.
His secondary education is from the Culinary High School in Bankya. He has also a diploma in Economics. He has been a chef for 17 years, as 15 of them as a Head Chef in a 4-star hotel in Sofia.

Professional Background: Pastry
Zarina Nazarova worked with many famous pastry shops in Sofia, created dessert menus for restaurants, and taught at one of the most famous culinary schools in China OMICK. Constantly participates in various festivals and exhibitions.
She is a member of the Bulgarian Pastry Chefs Association and is an accredited teacher of the OMICK Pastry School in China.
She studied with world famous chefs, attended and organized master classes in Bulgaria аs well.
